and I accidentally deleted moms favorite list many times while experimenting and had to setup over and over which was headache and now I can do it freely as I can restore once I messed up.

also, you can create back up of your favorites, setup buzz app in many languages....etc

what version do you have? its coming soon with lots of good stuff. im super happy with it as it made things so easy love it. thanks buzz team

forget network and reconnect again

while watching live tv press ok button, then left arrow, green for organize categories, press yellow to show/hide

also, connected via wifi or hardwire? using vpn or no?

check your power outlet also to make sure its not hot, neutral, reverse...etc

try different outlet or different power supply if available.

if possible factory reset and try to download to see if that helps.

what app/software version do you have? do all have same or different?

have you test that channel on different device or app? if yes and still same issue then its channel/server related. did you report to your provider about it? if no then I would test that too just to make sure but I believe its server/channel related.

you can format your card in pc and try again.

or if you want to reset your box maybe that can help too but you will loose all the server...etc settings.

try a different outlet and if on extension cord then try with different extension to eliminate things to see what causing the issue.
