also, is it 2.4, 5G or combined network?

do you have ethernet plugged in? if yes, then leave ethernet cable disconnect and try again. if ethernet cable is not connected then try to forget network, reconnected and try same restart procedure and see if that helps.

how many routers (wifi SSID)do you have? do you have wifi fromrouter plus EERO or just EEROs. if router plus EEROs then try wifi from router and see if that helps.

ok just called at home to dad and hes using X5 and says same error. called mom who's using U5 says works fine. both x5 and U5 has 5.0.775. that means problem is with 4900 and X5.

Hello, XRS4900 Buzztv 5.0.796 I just tried to play trailer from VOD on two diffrenet servers and every time I hit watch trailer a new window opens up with youtube saying can not connect right now. I click try again and nothing happens. open network settings shows I'm connected. vod plays fine but trailer dont. unable to verify on other devices as im carrying with me 4900 only and im out of town. is it known issue or im the only one. im not sure if I understood you correctly, you mean you can not click select? if thats the case try using pc mouse to click and select.

adding external drive does does not help with ram. ram is built in and you can not expand. does not matter if you are hardwire and very close to router buffering could be due to server side or ISP side. try using vpn if possible and if using vpn then try without vpn.

I guess it might be due to security reasons from your tv provider which I would say is good thing just incase someone try to login with your credentials without your permission.

same here reset two units last night and no issue connecting all. reason for reset was having connectivity issue in friends house and later found it was his wifi6 new router causing issue. replaced with old router and no issues.

try to delete server and add a new and see what happens

if you have play button for films/vod and not for series then it must be server that dont have series anymore I think
