    By contacting your iptv provider. Buzztv do not come with Iptv subscription. They sell only hardware.
  3. I have many servers work flawlessly on buzz5 and buzz6 within P6 except one server that does not work well in buzz6 but works fine in buzz5 in P6. That does not mean its buzz issue. Buzz cannot be keep changing things because of thousands servers if these servers continue to change format/settings on their end. It’s pretty much impossible.

    thats correct or some time you may see round HDMI option area. one of my old tv I have to setup around 90% and that fits my screen.

  7. one of my friend had that issue using E2 and I could not figure it out. I contacted allaboutbuzz and he advised me that and it worked. glade all good for you.
  8. go to CEC settings and see if you find auto language change options there. if yes then turn it off and see if that helps.

    you sounds like a kid pal. I have been fan of buzz devices and their features and support from years. I almost own every model of buzztv released by buzz team in last 8 years. I appreciate their generous donations and their products never disappointment me ever. therefore, I have many people have many buzz devices in my country.

  14. you dont send portal url to buzz and buzz does not provider iptv service/portal either. you need to subscribe to an iptv service from third party and then go to server settings from the buzztv app and enter your credentials/portal information provided by your third party iptv provider.
  15. it might be server issue. first validate from your provider if server is up and running fine. then try to use vpn if still being blocked.

  17. you can make a backup of your favorites and restore. so go to buzztv app and make a backup in external drive. then clear data and go to server settings and restore without adding additional server and thats it.
  18. some time reboot after the update helps a lot. try to reboot if you have not. also, like Emporium said above add server entry just to before that try to clear data in buzztv app from settings and then try to add server and see if that helps.
  19. for tv setup is easy. all he has to open up buzztv smart remote app from Home Screen and follow onscreen instructions. super easy.

  21. as far freezing could be isp or network related. I have heard some people same isp with different equipment (router) from same isp being throttled. so allowing url in security or disabling it helps as well as using different DNS (google or open dns..etc) in the box also helps.
  22. also, any external devices connected like nvram, usb...etc?
  23. One thing that im thinking that the only thing might have caused my nvram to be ejected is power outage. We do have that issue here on daily basis lol. So maybe???? should I try that?? im afraid of damaging my box lol any thoughts?
  24. Alright, after I left, I continued testing to figure out why it was stuck on the blue screen. After a few tries, it stopped launching the page altogether. Then, after a few hours, it did launch with the blue screen again, but most of the time it wouldn’t. So, I tried doing a factory reset from the settings, but even after that, the issue stayed the same. At this point, I decided to do a hard reset. When I opened up the back cover, I realized that a few weeks ago I had installed a 256GB NVRAM which had been working fine until now. I stopped the reset process and powered on the box again. When I checked storage settings, under removable storage it oddly showed my device as safely ejected even though it was properly connected. I tried recording but my drive wasn’t detected. So, I shut down the device again, removed the NVRAM, powered it back on, and now everything works perfectly. I can launch the update page without any issues. It’s really strange that the NVRAM caused this problem and somehow got ejected on its own. By the way, I never reinserted the NVRAM because I need to return it to my friend. But anyway, everything is back to normal now. Thanks!
