did you uninstall and restart? if yes then wait until you see Disney+ back then relaunch. it might take couple of minutes before it shows up.

uninstall Disney+ app first by going to settings, apps, Disney+ and uninstall then restart your box. wait for your box to reinstall Disney+ app then relaunch and should work

then turn off your box, then restart modem and router and wait until modem/router is ready. then turn on your box and see if that helps. if not then try using vpn.

I have personally used couple of dlink models in the past and never had any issue with iptv unless something has changed lately lol

any third party iptv player like smarter pro, stbemu,....etc. can be download from play store, aptoide, or side load from browser or usb stick.

have them try with and without router and you see where the problem is.

but if they were worked at your house and they did not change anything on boxes then it has to be their isp or connectivity.
