uninstall Disney+ app first by going to settings, apps, Disney+ and uninstall then restart your box. wait for your box to reinstall Disney+ app then relaunch and should work
then turn off your box, then restart modem and router and wait until modem/router is ready. then turn on your box and see if that helps. if not then try using vpn.
and if its for not letting you connect then check your service is not expired. if not expired then perform a reset on provider side then try to connect again.
