  1. why don't you just follow what we are telling you? yes there's and thats why we are telling you what to try. your priority should to be fix this and follow what you being told.
  2. if you have saved your favorite list in buzztv app and you don't won't to recreate your favorite list and type all the server info again after the reset then you make a backup of your server from buzztv app into external usb devices. open up buzz tv app, press menu, settings, configurations, backup/restore then follow on screen instructions. if you don't care about it then proceed to reset process on your own risk.
  3. try to create hotspot from your phone and see if that works or take to your neighbor or relative for testing only. if still not working then I guess you can hard reset but chances you won't even make it to home screen regardless you don't have internet working so worth it try. do it on your risk. different box but same procedure

  7. in my opinion just for recording any SSD with heatsink on it will be fine. but just for peace of mind Samsung 990 pro M.2 NVMe PCIe 4. "Sequential Reads/Writes: Up to 7,450 MBps / 6,900 MBps"

  12. why not post in P6 section? P6 has two app buzz5 and buzz6. for buzz6 while in the app press menu, settings, configuration, other settings, and change stat live tv on boot to ON. for buzz5 while in the app press menu, settings, configurations, toggle on where it says start live tv on boot. make sure you are using the HDMI cable that came with it. if yes. then reseat cable on both ends and also try a different hdmi port on your tv if possible.

    Unusual situation

    I usually keep them OFF too but some times for testing im keeping them ON so thats where I ended up finding wired behavior.
  15. Hello, I am encountering a somewhat unusual situation. While it is not a major issue, I thought it prudent to report it in case others have experienced the same. I have all my devices positioned close to each other, approximately one foot apart. No device other than the X5 SS appears to be causing my P6 to power on unexpectedly. I observed that when I disconnect the power from my X5 SS, the P6 remains in standby mode with a red light. However, if I connect the X5 SS and leave both devices in standby mode, the P6 intermittently powers on with a green light for no apparent reason. I have removed other devices and repositioned them without any issues; the interference occurs only when the X5 SS is plugged in, causing the P6 to activate without any remote control interaction. Thank you.

    streaming issues

    while watching live tv press menu, settings, configurations, then change player
  18. from Home Screen go to settings, then Edit style, then Edit Categories, click on How to & Help Videos, then toggle off.
  19. so it was still not updating then I started to click everywhere in buzztv app and settings and finally as soon I hit my wifi and message popped up saying update is available. so not sure if its my wifi or whatever but it finally updated now
  20. have done all this bud and no luck. its doing just like last time and it wants to take its sweet time but im ok with it as its my little cute baby just left ON all night and nothing. gave a reboot and still nothing now so left him alone
  21. still no go for me yet. its doing just like the last time it did lol I will leave it alone now like the last time
  22. you did not get recovery screen? if possible try a different power supply to see if that helps and if its still under warranty I would contact buzztv support.
