if you don't provide all the info then we won't know and have to assume only. so lets see if after reboots works fine. if not then try a different port or ethernet cable or swap router if its from isp.

reboot your network, plus try to forget and reconnect to network and see if that helps.

factory reset router or swap router/gateway if belongs to isp.

try to swap power supply to see if that helps.

my p6 was doing this few weeks ago after it got an update but then I hard reboot meaning disconnected power for 1 minute resolved the issue.

not sure if this will help but forget network first, turn off bluetooth then go to wifi and toggle wifi off/on then try to connect while bluetooth is off and see if that helps.

contact your server provider. clearing data clears all the settings on buzztv app.

ask them to invite you next time they design a new remote control.

I utilize the network shares feature available in Buzz Utilities to copy and transfer files between my Buzz boxes using my PC. Essentially, on your PC, navigate to the network share devices section, where you should be able to view all Buzz boxes connected to your network, provided that the network share option is enabled on your devices and network.

also, any usb or external devices connected to the box? if yes please remove that.

I don't recommended here other than buzztv hardware/software. however, something I like you may not like or something works for you may not work you. most of the vpn nowadays offer up to month with money back guarantee. I would say try and see how that works for you.

I was going to ask you about the reboot then I figure im sure you must have done it.

I had mine on suspend and picked up instant.

before turning off your tv make sure your last channel is playing from your favorite list. then next time you turn on your tv it should display guide from your favorites. just like dishuser have posted above.

I even lost count of how many buzztv boxes we have in our village/town here in Africa. experienced from bad services to high end service with same boxes showed us that as long as you have good quality service you will have zero issues with your buzz box. we have premium service and 99.9% it runs nice and smooth. one click on/off and channel change is instant, I dont record but never heard from anybody that their recording got cut in half due to stream change..etc. so as others recommended use vpn or get a better service.

I have not launched remote app in a while. so today I launched remote app and I just noticed update version was available to download.

reboot resolved it. all good now. thanks

im clicking update nothing happening for me. I can click other stuff but with update selection not even showing that theres no update. just unable to click. box has been ON from some time. no worries im patienttly waiting

type server url on your pc browser and see what happens. maybe server is down or url is changed.

also reseat HDMI cable if have not done.
