  2. @buzz site we dont recommend other than buzztv app and devices. you should use google for it. btw, whats the reason you leaving buzz?
  3. we have around 7 X5 active units and none have issues with pairing. no issues with firmware but lots of new functions and improvements with buzztv 5 app. so saying buzz has done absolutely nothing makes no sense. we are using bt-400 remote controls and not disconnect once. average android box? seriously, have you seen packaging alone? forget about quality material. android boxes you are talking about mostly are fake, fool you with software but in reality they are not inside what your software show you. buzz is real product with real support.

    welcome aboard. this is right forum for buzztv and you can post under sub forum of your device. so lets say you have X5 then post in X5 sub forum. you can also email buzz team. I often pm allaboutbuzz about suggestion, questions....etc Buzz team is really great team and will jump on instant to help with anything you ask
  5. try to remove hdmi cable from both ends then try again, also try different hdmi cable if available

  11. go all the way down to the page and look at the bottom left corner and change theme to 4.4 default then you will be able to see the video.
  12. if you don't see anything beside that logo then unfortunately thats the only way what you see in the above video.
  13. also, if this screen just started to pop now I would leave it alone fr some time if possible to see if it starts to work on its own. because, factory reset will erase everything.

  15. also, do you have external device connected? if yes then remove them and restart your box and see if it shows up
  16. press home button twice quick then after few seconds press home button once and let it go and see what happens
  17. remove hdmi cable from box and tv and put back in again, try different hdmi if avaible
  18. you can see catch up symbol while playing channel, press info button and you will see play button inside of almost complete circle symbol before TS so press right arrow and pick up previous program that you want to watch and hit ok.
  19. time shift works only on primary player but if your server offers catchup then you can use that instead of time shift

  24. what error do you get? do you have any other version to install and test? where did you downloaded it from? try to download from different place and try again
