  1. Just opened up my The classic few hours ago. As usual very nice packaging and really beautiful state of the art device comes with BT-250 remote control, USB type C power supply, 2x AA energizer batteries, HDMI cable, and setup/help card. Box has two little blue and green LEDs in the front whenever is ON and turns red when box is OFF. After quick setup (self explanatory) box detected an update which took around 10-11 minutes to download, install. The classic come with Appinstaller, Aptoide, Chrome, DRM info, Disney+, File Browser, Files, Google Play Store, Netflix, TeamViewer quick support, and Youtube apps pre installed. I like the way it displays update notification in settings at home screen. Buzz Utilities has as usual options like system update, Home Screen, weather, remote control, volume control plus Network Shares which is great feature. Air mouse works awesome, device has storage up to 56GB after pre installed apps and system. IPTV Testing: I have only one server to test with buzz5 app as of right now. Live, VOD, TV series works fine except payper view movies I have to switch from primary to backup player. Recording works great, playback is quick, live rewind works great. picture is sharp, channel change is quick, EPG was loaded already as soon I connected to server. So far everything looks good. Things dont work for me: 1. If press server button on remote control from home screen does not bring to server settings. Have to manually go to settings and select server settings. 2. CEC control= all settings are ON just like other boxes but this does not turn OFF my TV. not sure its me only or im I doing something wrong. 3. This I dont remember but works on my 4900, while watching live TV if I press home button does not display small screen channel playing I was watching on top right corner. Im not front of other aneroid 11 boxes for little while to validate but if my memory serves I think it does not show that window. Thats all I have for now. post below if you have any questions. Thank you Buzz Team for another great device.
  2. did you reboot modem/router? did you see any option reboot? try to clear cache and try again
  3. are you connected wireless or wired? if wired then remove ethernet cable and try wireless or if hardwire then reboot your modem and router then try again. if wireless then try to forget your network first, reboot your modem and router then connect again and try again.
  4. TimeShift setup on BuzzTv 5 1. Connect your usb stick to any of USB port. (USB 3.0 works better if you have available) 2. Go to settings 3. Click storage 4. Click on your usb stick 5. You should see option erase and format as removable storage. So click on it. (If you dont see this option then format your usb first and once done dont use usb as a internal storage. Just click on move later and start from step 3 again. Now you should see erase and format as removable storage option. 6. Click format 7. Once done, now you should see usb as removable storage. 8. keep pressing back until you get to home screen 9. Now click live tv 10. While watching live TV press menu 11. Go to PVR 12. Go to PVR Options 13. Turn on Timeshift 14. Click Timeshift Cache Storage and select your USB and go back 15. Timeshift Cache Size (up to as much you want, 2 GB is good enough) 16 Now when you go to live TV and you should see TS option lid up on bottom right next to CC REC and HD info. If not press info button to see it in bottom right corner. 17. Now you should see white solid line on top of blue line indicating you can go back up to that time. You should be able to use pause and rewind function now. 18. If you dont see TS option in info bar that mean you won’t be able to rewind/pause this channel or stream

  6. from home screen go to settings, click update then update screen will popup and will ask you to click to check update then follow the prompt.
  7. same here no issues stayed paired.
  8. do you see red or blue light? do you have power coming into the box? try to remove hdmi cable and put back in again. try different hdmi cable or port if possible. if nothing then last thing I would say try pin reset.

  10. do you have locked channels category opens up first whenever you launch buzztv app? check in menu, settings, parental control.
  11. they did not reset. it came back on its own "UPDATE: looks like things came back up “somehow”."
  12. meaning if you tried latest version of those apps. for example if Disney is version v2 then try v3. you can download latest version and install on to your box.

    Storage

    you can download/transfer your apps to external storage but its not good idea. box might become glitchy and launching apps might get slow...etc. I did once long ago transfer my stuff to sd card in different box and had bad experience and ended up reset box almost in few minutes. its better to leave all the apps to built in storage because it has lots of storage plus you can add additional storage in bottom compartment for recording...etc

  16. yes you can. while watching live tv press ok button, then left arrow, then green button, then hide them whatever you like. yes you can sort them. while watching live tv press ok button, then hit green button and pick as you like.

  18. try to upgrade to buzz5. see this thread has lots of improvements.

  22. just quick note. I have one server on my 4900 using Mac option that does not show expiry date. it does not show expiry date using stb emu as well. that server is only Mac based and its server related not buzz.
  23. I got both E1 and E2 and both showing expiry dates.
  24. delete the server and add again and if you dont see new date then contact your provider.
  25. your account probably not updated yet. contact your server provider and ask them to update your account.
