  4. have you test that channel on different device or app? if yes and still same issue then its channel/server related. did you report to your provider about it? if no then I would test that too just to make sure but I believe its server/channel related.

  11. or if you want to reset your box maybe that can help too but you will loose all the server...etc settings.
  12. try a different outlet and if on extension cord then try with different extension to eliminate things to see what causing the issue.
  13. reset or reboot? if reboot make sure your power outlet is not loose and check for polarity.
  14. you can also use team viewers to remote connect your box from your pc and transfer your recordings from your box to your pc. once connected then from your pc remote connected to your box go to either /storage/emulated/0/Android/media/buzzxr4000.tv/ /storage/emulated/0/Android/media/com.buzz.services.pvr/ and select your recordings and transfer to you pc.

    Loading channels

    looks like his ip got blocked or server issue. I had two similar experience since last two weeks one using stb emu and one using buzz5 app. 1. my ip got blocked by server and it just gets stuck on loading forever using stbemu. I tried two different neighbors and it loads fine. 2. I had one server which connects on bzz5 but stuck on loading page. looks like server is gone now. it was working fine for sometime but got stuck for few days then gone.

  18. its either server or internet connection. are you wireless connected? if yes then check for internet connection. or reboot your box and should be good if theres no issue on server end. just had fried little over month ago who was having issues with xr4000 shows connected but shows same error as you. so he was having issue every other day whenever he turn box on from suspend. once he switched to ethernet has no more issues. hope the will help

    please provide more info like where are you trying to install from usb, aptoide, google play store...etc? what trouble you are having?
  22. after red green is sort for me so red, red or left arrow, red, then yellow to hide and green to unhide for me
  23. @ .799 its red to take to categories for me, yellow to hide and green to unhide
  24. when you go to vdo then press red button and red button again to hide adult section or press left arrow while in vdo and press red button
  25. hold down d-pad down button and the zero button for 4 seconds until it blinks three times.
