  5. if your server supports more than one connection then it should work. I tried on few servers record one show and change channel no problem at all.

  9. that could be servers related issues. Before even update I had few servers would take forever to load while others were quick. had few crashed but then I got rid of those servers and never had that issue. one of the server would take forever but I just tried 4 days ago after long time and it started to work fast now. so I believe its more server related but you never know.
  10. I switched between 3 servers since update using XC API option and no crashed issues at all.

  14. what you have done to troubleshoot?
  15. do you have TS ON? if yes, do you have USB or internal storage for TS? try to turn OFF TS and see if it helps with freezing/crash.
  16. meaning reset app or box. to reset app, settings, apps, buzztv5, clear data and clear cache to reset box, settings, device preferences, about, factory reset
  17. @nbs. my result was exactly as dishuser posted above. found no issues with fast forwarding, resume..etc.
  18. im assuming you have latest update? you said you reconfigured same network meaning your forget network and reconnect? are you on 2.4 or 5G or you have both in one network? try to split and connect on 5G first then 2.4 to see if that helps. try different router if you have avaible or swap to different if it belongs to your ISP. if nothing works then I would say try factory reset option and see if that helps

    one is belong to your device (Hardware) and one to your iptv app (software). you use the one starts with 00:1A:79......
  22. I had that issue on 4900 when I was connected on USB 2.0 but when I switched to Usb 3.0 never got that issue again.
  23. try without vpn and see how it works.
