  1. I restored the factory settings and the HDD is back. Unfortunely, I need to reconfigure all my apps.
  2. I have two U5 special editions with 32GO+ 1TB HDD. One has got its HDD disconnected (don't know why/how). Now it is unable to reconnected at reboot. A side-effect of that is that gogle play is no able to instal applications du to lack of memeory even if the internal drive memory has 26Go left. What should I do? The disk is not longer visible at all in buzzTVutilities (Disk-Format). Not that I don't have any data on this drive so far. Thank you Innocent Kamwa Longueuil, Québec
  3. This problem is generalized. I have the latest U5 and X5-128 : same issue (even with the latest firmware update). Impossible to keep Wi-FI connected more than two days (some time connected but w/o internet). I tried all network settings, no change, in two different big cities. Reboot my Bell 3000 router, not change at both locations. I have other streaming boxes (Formuler GTV, Skystream, Sony TV with no such issue). I am very disappointed because the box is the fastest on the market (I have three X5 and two U5 special edition). But unforunatelly, my family is not expert enough to handle this issue when I am out. So I am the only one using BuzzTV now. Do you have any plan to fix this issue?
