  2. its either server or internet connection. are you wireless connected? if yes then check for internet connection. or reboot your box and should be good if theres no issue on server end. just had fried little over month ago who was having issues with xr4000 shows connected but shows same error as you. so he was having issue every other day whenever he turn box on from suspend. once he switched to ethernet has no more issues. hope the will help

    please provide more info like where are you trying to install from usb, aptoide, google play store...etc? what trouble you are having?
  6. after red green is sort for me so red, red or left arrow, red, then yellow to hide and green to unhide for me
  7. @ .799 its red to take to categories for me, yellow to hide and green to unhide
  8. when you go to vdo then press red button and red button again to hide adult section or press left arrow while in vdo and press red button
  9. hold down d-pad down button and the zero button for 4 seconds until it blinks three times.
  10. when you added ssd and while formatting ssd in the box did you move all apps in ssd? if yes then always keep it to internal. I would say just reset your box if its not behaving normal.
  11. Mac address option. it should not take that long but I would leave it alone for another few just incase but yeah I would manually reboot after few hours.
  12. on my 4900 I had same issue so did not find any option to bring back to original. so few things can be done. 1. download and change to different picture if you really want a different background vs original. 2. try to clear buzz app data (I think I did once something like that and it deleted my picture and brought to default, im not 100% sure about it but you will loose server info so you can try if you want to. 3. factory reset box if you really want original settings.

    Setting up Buzztv

    either your provider disappeared or changed url. check your url online by typing http://........:port/c and if you see portal loads if not then either provider left or changed url. always contact them and ask them whats going on.

    maybe server swathing stream or having issues. I have one that does a lot but others stay nice and steady.

    Catch up

    if your server offers catchup then you will see a symbol like play button with circle on it. while watching that channel press right arrow and it will give you catchup list. click on what you like to play and hit ok button or if you have entire channel list then highlight one of those channel with catchup symbol then press right arrow and you can see catch up list. and you need only one connection.

  18. not sure if this will help you but maybe you can try this, go to settings, device preferences, display and sounds, screen resolution, and try to turn off auto switch to best resolution to see if this helps.
  19. you not following dishuser. from home screen you see settings button on top next to clock? click on it then go down until you see apps, click buzztv5 then go down and click clear cache
  20. no need to open up multiple threads in multiple locations. always open up your thread under proper device/unit.
  21. always open your own thread if possible. does your box stays on at home screen or its just keep rebooting over and does not bring you to home screen? can your turn off CEC on your box or tv to see if that helps? whats your power option set to in your box? more info always better to help troubleshoot.
  22. yes, if you have buzz5 then while watching live tv, press menu, pvr, scheduled recordings, and you should be able to see the list.
  23. have you tried hotspot button turn on and off option? if not then next time when wifi drops then turn ON and OFF again hotspot button and see if that helps.
