  1. close the buzztv app, clear cache, then try again.

  7. exactly, patient is the key. I maybe wrong but I think it goes through file/software integrity check which takes longer especially you have huge firmware & software together.
  8. that also depends on your speed. not saying you have slow speed lol
  9. also, make sure ethernet cable thats connected to buzz device is properly seated on both ends and you hear proper click sound.
