after reading about this device this device nothing but helps with noise cancelation sound related. this clearly tells that there problem in your network. you said all passed on your test gear, but like emporium said pass mean nothing. and you know that you still got noise and noise filtering helped you but you are still having intermittent issue. it did not resolve 100%. what does this tells you? we dont have noise issue and thats why we dont see this problem.

try to add Mac server first. once server gets added just highlight the server then press blue button.

if you long press info button on BT400 remote control brings up initial BT pairing screen.

I just did it on Mac and recorded perfectly fine. while recording I tried to change channel and it gave me warning that recording will be canceled if I switch channel.

when you turn off your TV does light on your box stays blue or red? do you have CEC settings off or on?

use mouse to login

try to turn CEC off on the box and see if that helps.

yes I was able to navigate on keyboard but I dont have Netflix so no further testing on Netflix.

unable to use navigation keys on Netflix app. so when launch Netflix app it does not let me sign in or go up or down with any keys on both remote controls except mouse courser.
