  1. please see below someone posted on another site. I dont have B5 to test. thanks "Alert! Buzz 10/9 software update and remote control" "So, today i updated one of two B5 boxes only to find: 1. The remote number keypad no longer functions.. In other words there is no way to enter channel number directly 2. The CH UP/DOWN button does not work. The only way i found to change channel is by using the directional (up/down) arrow buttons. The other box was not updated and the remote works as it should. Hopefully Buzz fixes this issue for the B5 and corresponding remote (IR-100)"
  2. do you use mouse cursor? also, try a pc mouse and see if that helps.

  6. I think its server side for op as well since I had similar experience with one of the server yesterday beside they tested on p6 and I tested on x5 ss.
  7. I dont have p6 to test yet but my x5 ss yesterday I had same issue as yours with one of the server but it started to working fine today.

    do you set/change stop time when setting up a recording? also, how do you record your show?
  11. close the buzztv app, clear cache, then try again.
  12. which model do you have? try to reboot after updating finish.
  13. he does not even know what buzz is all about. you probably wanna move on from him.

  15. currently I have 9 Mac and 8 XC api and switch between them without any issue.

  17. exactly, patient is the key. I maybe wrong but I think it goes through file/software integrity check which takes longer especially you have huge firmware & software together.
  18. that also depends on your speed. not saying you have slow speed lol
  19. also, make sure ethernet cable thats connected to buzz device is properly seated on both ends and you hear proper click sound.
