ok great. im still testing on my end still and trying everything but nothing working. I like this feature as it saves me so much time by just copy past from my pc. if possible can also add edit existing servers remotely will be great. thanks

app version 5.0.739 unable to remotely connect and add server since last two updates. I was able to connect and add before but not anymore since version 738 and 739. I rebooted entire network, tried multiple computers, browsers, phone and tried QR method as well. can someone confirm if they are having issue connecting or its just me only. thanks

There are three Player options with the X5 1. Default 2. Secondary 3. External Player -- The Default and the Secondary Players have been preinstalled on the X5... with one of these Players most likely being a version of the VLC Player, as Buzz Team have in the past installed the VLC onto some of their Buzz devices. -- The External Player refers to any Player or Players that you yourself have installed since you purchased the STB An External Player may or may not work, depending on the Player and it's compatibilities. There are three different iptv connection methods with the X5 and shown below are the Player configurations. 1. MAC Server -- Live TV gives you two selections (Default and Secondary), -- TV Series and VOD give you three selections (Default and Secondary and External), with the Default and the Secondary Player both working. 2. XC API Login -- Live TV gives you two selections (Default and Secondary), -- TV Series and VOD give you three selections (Default and Secondary and External), with the Default Player working. While the Secondary Player will not work with papiao TV Series or VODs thru the XC API Login method. 3. M3U -- Live TV gives you two selections (Default and Secondary), -- TV Series and VOD give you three selections (Default and Secondary and External), with the Default Player working. While the Secondary Player will not work with papiao TV Series or VODs thru the M3U method. To access the Player selections follow the path shown below... i have been testing BuzzTv X5 since last night and so far having amazing experince with Buzztv x5. Very well packed with strong steal body and beautiful remote control this device is state of the art technology. even though power adapter says 2 Amp output but I connected directly to my tvs USB port with 1 Amp and device has been working fine so far. Took 1 update after initial setup and paired my remote control with tv super easy process. Buzz tv smart app shows that remote is connected, current firmware of remote control and battery level. With this app I can map my color keys from remote control and turn on/off backlight feature. Can also update remote controls software from this app and gives option to pair remote control as well. Most of you familiar with buzz5 application and box took just 3 seconds to launch and connect to iptv service. Found no issues with recording and playback. All functions are working fine so far. Picture quality is just amazing, channel change is very fast, guide populate super quick. Switched between multiple servers and it just connects within seconds. Wifi connectivity is just amazing friends. really strong signals and device perform awesome via wifi. Did not get chance to test hardwire as im far from wifi and ethernet not avaible at this moment. However, I have no issue via wifi hence I did not bother ethernet port after that. Left device running all night and device was still cool. Comes with few built in apps like app installer, apptoide, chrome, Disny+, file browser, files, google play store, Netflix, prime videos, team viewer, vlc, youtube…etc I would say this is top notch device from Buzz team and their support is awesome. just incase if you have difficulty setup TimeShift just follow below instructions. 1. Connect your usb stick to any of USB port. (USB 3.0 works better) 2. Go to settings 3. Click storage 4. Click on your usb stick 5. You should see option erase and format as removable storage. So click on it. (If you dont see this option then format your usb first and once done dont use usb as a internal storage. Just click on move later and start from step 3 again. Now you should see erase and format as removable storage option. 6. Click format 7. Once done, now you should see usb as removable storage. 8. keep pressing back until you get to home screen 9. Now click live tv 10. While watching live TV press menu 11. Go to PVR 12. Go to PVR Options 13. Turn on Timeshift 14. Click Timeshift Cache Storage and select your USB and go back 15. Timeshift Cache Size (up to as much you want, 2 GB is good enough) 16. Download Storage select your USB 17. Now when you go to live TV and you should see TS option lid up on bottom right next to CC REC and HD info. If not press info button to see it in bottom right corner. 18. Now you should see white solid line on top of blue line indicating you can go back up to that time. You should be able to use pause and rewind function now. 19. If you dont see TS option in info bar that mean you won’t be able to rewind/pause this channel or stream

in order to pause you need to add sd/usb card and setup Timeshift settings as far changing names, yes you can. you hav to go to files browser, find recordings in buzz folder and use editing functions there.

clear cache and try to kill all the apps running in background

I leave mine on standby and just hit refresh from menu and works fine. sometimes I had to go channel up or down and that depends on some servers but most work fine with refresh.

have you checked in My Apps > Files > Images. I think pictures saved in images will give you an option to add/change background.

after posting original post I found that it says OS9 so I sent an email and got confirmation back today from team that they will fix it and just checked on buzz site and its fixed.

maybe your provider need to lock to your isp so that way it won't work for people in Germany.
