  4. The Buzz app probably supports it Sounds like the 2 apps you're referring to are using Streaming Line accounts. Which can be used in the Buzz app

  6. OkA Any other apps running slow or just that one? Some apps as nbs mentioned haven't updated their code to run properly on Android 9. But we will check this one out Let us know if any others.

  10. 3 seconds is usually a good setting If you're experiencing any freezing though, then you can try to go higher. Or if you have a slower internet connection, this helps as well.
  11. Its a new menu design. VOD menus on the 4000 and 4500 were re done entirely, so we would also need to redo it to add list view. It sounds easy But coding wise it isn't. We will add it to our road map But I have no date when this will be added.
  12. The chances of having 2 of the same MACs on the same system/server are almost like winning the lottery..lol As the odds of having the exact same last 6 digits are highly unlikely. The series of the last 6 digits for MAC on the 4000s and 4500s have never been used before It is why I think they might have just said this to you as the reason.

  14. The 3000 + 3100 + 3900 + 2000 + Mate 1 all have a list view option Right now the 4500 and 4000 models have a Netflix style look. We might consider a list view option as a secondary option in the future though.

Thanks for the info The device not supported message Is because Aptoide is hosting app versions of Netflix which are for X86 Devices and ARM devices, and unlike the Playstore They don't have anything built in to detect if the device you're using is X86 or ARM based processor Its also why when you just click the Install option on Netflix on Aptoide, that its installing the X86 Version and therefore you get the Device Not Supported message. As for needing a mouse on 6.26.0 Its because Netflix's newer versions they made mainly only work for Touch Screen devices.

  19. Next Beta release should address all issues from the existing 2 betas that have been sent. This should pass the next round of Beta testing and be sent to everyone publically. Our next Beta release will be sent by Monday or Tues of next week.
  20. The rocket ship on 3000 is just something that was built into the OS We made something similar on the 4000s and 4500s by just double clicking the home button We just left out the rocket ship animation..lol
  21. Which player are you using in Live TV when this happens?
  22. This usually means your box is out of Internal Memory. I would clear up some internal memory on your box then try the update again.
  23. You try different cities/connections on your VPN. As even for myself, sometimes PIA has connections that don't even work on some websites I use on my laptop. I guess a flagged IP address or something. If I connect to a different city and try again, it's all good afterwards.
  24. Or they might lock your IP address to the device being used. Which some servers do Its called IP protection
  25. PIA app from the Play store works fine on the box.
