  1. If you're having scrolling issues on the remote when pressing buttons Email buzz Cs@buzztv.com They will assist you with fixing this.
  2. We have been testing a solution for a week now Once it passes internal testing, we will release it to Beta So far it hasn't failed internal testing.
  3. 1. What is the HDMI cable from the box connected to? The TV Directly? Soundbar? Stereo Receiver? Or are you doing the audio via an SPDIF connection using an optical cable? 2. You can also try to change the Audio Output setting within Android From the Home Screen Go to Settings icon Go to Advanced Settings Go to Digital Audio Format Usually it is set to Auto Try changing it to PCM See if that helps with your latency issue.
  4. Ok sorry Lets see if he replies
  5. What are you trying to connect exactly? Let us know so we can assist you further Or try the guide that nbs posted above this post.
  6. When on Full Screen Live TV If the channel you're using has catchup available Press the right arrow key on the remote This will take you to the Single EPG for that channel. And you will see the previous times and days which have the REW logo next to them These all have catchup You can also do the same by pressing the Guide button on the remote and going back in time on the Guide/EPG The same goes on the channel list If the channel has a REW logo next to it, press the right arrow key to view the Single EPG for that channel From here you can access all of the catch up recordings for that channel.
  7. This sounds like the issue To see if the server is having issues just type in the same server url into any web browser on your phone or computer and see if it loads for you.
  8. 1. Did you try my suggestion? If so, did it make a difference? 2. Try playing with the sound settings then under Android Settings From the Home Screen Go to Settings Go to Advanced Settings Go to Audio Output In this menu, there should be a setting that will pass-through the Dolby audio. 3. So just so I understand this better Recordings work on Buzz, but you cant access the portal?
  9. This is just your server making a category name within the channel list. It is not an actual channel, it means that all of the channels below this name belong to USA & Canada Movies. That is why you get a spinning circle when you try to play it, because no actual channel exists for 5246
  10. Usually sound syncing is a server related issue. If you try both Players (Default and Secondary) and still have the same issue Then it is a server related issue.
  11. 1. Sounds like server is banning the device When in Live TV on the Buzz App Press the Menu Button Go to Configuration Turn on Fast Loading EPG Then reboot the box, and re open the Buzz app It should no longer ban you after this. 2. When on a Live TV channel that you know has Dolby. Press the green button on the bottom of the remote, you will see an options menu Here it will show the Audio Streams available for this channel Some offer multiple streams, so if its streaming in Dolby you would see AC3 or EAC3 as the codec. 3. I would suggest recording to NTFS, as FAT 32 has file size limits. You can easily re format your USB to NTFS on any computer.
  12. This is correct We plan to add this to the Info screen So basically if you press the info button 2 times, where it has Show Description We will add Resoltion + Codec information listed here It is a very similar feature to what You Tube has with "Stats for Nerds"
  13. That is a great app Can be found on the Play Store https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.analiti.fastest.android&hl=en_CA Or if you want to do a quick speed test Just open the Chrome Browser on your box, and go to fast.com It will do an instant speed test.
  14. Good to hear that.
  15. What are you recording to, USB, SD Card or internal storage? If its USB or SD Card, sometimes users have these formatted to FAT32 Which cannot create files larger then 2GB 2GB would be about 1-2 hours worth of recording, depending on the channel quality It is suggested that your USB or SD Cards are formatted to NTFS for recordings.
  16. This was an issue with a Firmware Version in March It was fixed in the 0624 Firmware update They can see which version they're currently running by doing the following From the Home Screen Go to the bottom row, select Updates. It will tell them which version they're currently running and can also check for new updates there as well. We cant force updates onto users, so sometimes users don't always take the latest updates.
  17. This video will explain how to hard reset. https://youtu.be/9l1x3KJl_jE
  18. Sub titles only work if the server you're using support it.
  19. You also submitted this as a ticket for same issue The issue was determined to be with the FREE M3U playlist you were trying, almost nothing worked on it. Just wanted to update everyone on this issue.
  20. Just answered you
  21. This is a weird one It seems that if there are nearby Bluetooth devices, that is whats causing the box to reboot/wakeup when shutdown. After numerous tests and logs, this is what has been determined as the root cause Now we will be working on fixing it.
  22. You can press the back button on the remote to exit the pairing screen As the remote is also an IR remote.
  23. PM me the Ticket # Thanks
