Access Points are what your router broadcasts the WiFi signal in. Best to research your router on how to login to it and make changes. There are 1000s of routers in the market So this is something we can't easily help you with. You will need to Google this yourself. -

Try playing with your Access Point settings on your router then And try a different one. I have done this myself as I use 1GBPS internet at home And had similar issues, till I changed my Access Points on my router for my 5GHz network Now I get 600-800mbps over 5ghz -

We only have one that we currently suggest + sell. As we only support specific drivers for USB to Ethernet. If you just bought a random one off Amazon, we can't guarantee it will work And it should just work as plug and play.

Let me explain this issue As it was a very weird one for us during the debug process. It is happening to some users and not others for 1 reason only. When the XR + XRS 4000s are shutoff since June FW Update There was a change in Amlogics newest SDK Update, that caused the Bluetooth to also stay on when in shutdown mode. So if a user had any nearby Bluetooth Devices, Smart Watches, Headphones. Or in our case in order to reproduce this issue was the Bluetooth Barcode scanner in our warehouse. The box would detect this signal as a command to wakeup the box. This took numerous hours to debug, as during testing it would happen in some locations and not others. After lots of back and forth with Amlogic, we finally got a fix for it. Were building New XR + XRS 4000 Firmware updates this week, and will provide to BETA very soon Am sorry for the delay with this, but this was a very weird bug to reproduce and also fix.

You can also use Video Player apps like Kodi or VLC or MX Player To play movies from a USB on the box itself. I personally do this all the time.

Only the owners of the server can get into the channels server So am not sure where you're going with this?

It actually just sounds like a server issue Where the channel isn't being streamed properly because the stream is just restarting itself. If this only happens on certain channels, then it is for sure a Server Issue.

That is a very good speed test to use for IPTV.

You can do a speed test on the box 2 ways 1. Open Chrome Browser and go to Fast.com 2. Download the Ookla Speedtest app from App store, and do a Speed Test that way.

On next update we will only be showing the Server ID that is used to subscribe to servers in server settings To avoid this confusion from happening again.

This normally happens everything we have Daylight Savings Time So just complain or wait till they fix it.

It will always open to the last category + channel that you watched So say if you're in the Sports category, and you want to just stay in the ALL category Then go to the ALL category and select a channel from that category to start watching You will now just be on the ALL category always, unless you switch categories again.

On 4000 when you're watching that channel with no sound Can you press the Green button The Subtitles and Audio menu will appear Under Audio do you have another option besides just disabled?
