XRS 4000 Firmware Version #20201218 Update is sent in Stages, all users will receive the update by Dec 24th *You will receive a Pop Up Notification for the Update* *Or you can check for the update manually from the Home Screen. Go to Update, Check for Update* *PLEASE NOTE YOU CANNOT REVERT BACK TO PREVIOUS VERSION FW OR BUZZ 4 APP VERSION* Firmware Changes:- Fixed a bug on Media Player Launcher Weather Widget, switching to Celsius after a reboot when Fahrenheit was set in Buzz Utilities- Fixed some bugs on Classic + Media Player Launchers- Fixed a crash for some users getting “Bluetooth has Stopped”.This will require a 2nd Full Reboot after installing the FW Update.- Fixed Shutdown Bug. Only some XR 4000s were affected No other models.

Sent an update today, to add back TeamViewer to the XR 4000 boxes that were affected From the Home Screen Go to Update Check for Update You should see it available Only the boxes that had Teamviewer missing will get this update.

Access Points are what your router broadcasts the WiFi signal in. Best to research your router on how to login to it and make changes. There are 1000s of routers in the market So this is something we can't easily help you with. You will need to Google this yourself. -

Try playing with your Access Point settings on your router then And try a different one. I have done this myself as I use 1GBPS internet at home And had similar issues, till I changed my Access Points on my router for my 5GHz network Now I get 600-800mbps over 5ghz -
Will try more here today and see But its been a pre installed app for awhile now

We only have one that we currently suggest + sell. As we only support specific drivers for USB to Ethernet. If you just bought a random one off Amazon, we can't guarantee it will work And it should just work as plug and play.

How many boxes was this on? As we never removed it.
