  1. It actually just sounds like a server issue Where the channel isn't being streamed properly because the stream is just restarting itself. If this only happens on certain channels, then it is for sure a Server Issue.
  2. That is a very good speed test to use for IPTV.
  3. You can do a speed test on the box 2 ways 1. Open Chrome Browser and go to Fast.com 2. Download the Ookla Speedtest app from App store, and do a Speed Test that way.

  8. This normally happens everything we have Daylight Savings Time So just complain or wait till they fix it.

It will always open to the last category + channel that you watched So say if you're in the Sports category, and you want to just stay in the ALL category Then go to the ALL category and select a channel from that category to start watching You will now just be on the ALL category always, unless you switch categories again.

  14. The version mentioned 4.0.483 was only sent to users in Europe. That is why you do not have an update.
  15. We ask for a copy of the receipt to show that the box is still under warranty. So if the box was bought in quantity with other boxes, then that receipt will suffice. And when we say, just ship the unit It means the box itself, we don't need the accessories like power supply + remote or gift box.

  19. Sounds like you're using a Username/Password account under streaming line Channel List EPG only loads if it has been loaded from the Grid EPG This is how those servers work MAC accounts don't have this issue.
  20. If you're referring to Multi Screen on XC/Streaming Line Accounts Right now no, but this feature is apart of our Road Map.
