  9. You need to setup the url + username + password on Streaming Line then on server settings Then it should work.
  10. Are you setting up the M3U URL as an M3U on Server Settings Or are you using the Streaming Line or Server Line?
  11. Have you tried unpairing the remote and just using it as an IR Remote? The remote that comes with the XR 4500 works as a Bluetooth remote when connected via Bluetooth But also as an IR Remote when it isn't connected via Bluetooth.
  12. A few ISPs in Toronto offer up to 1GB-1.5GB Its not guaranteed though, so during peak hours it can be 200-400mbps only But on non Peak Hours am getting 800-900mbps over Wifi on most of my devices Phone Laptop Buzz Box.
  13. The Server ID # listed in Server Settings The last 6 digits matches the same last 6 digits of the MAC address found on the bottom of your unit.

This is an issue we plan to address in the next update for the VidStick's The 4000s update is paused, but will resume this week Then the 4500s update will roll out, followed by the Vidstick's and E1. So expect the update soon. As for your Ethernet Adapter issue, it is advised to use the one being sold for Buzz TV It has already been discussed on this forum though, that you won't get full 1GB speeds over USB as this just isn't possible over USB.
