  1. No we don't. We no longer give dates As there are no guarantees on the dates.
  2. When this happens Press the Green button on the remote and see if that channel has an audio track, if it just says its disabled. Then the channel is no longer streaming audio.
  3. Our next update You will be able to use an External Player for VOD/TV Series Default player that's pre installed already on Buzz 5 is VLC. We use LibVLC, which is VLC without the UI of VLC. And do not ask me when this update is available..lol As I have no current date for it.
  4. Passthrough in Plex for these codecs works fine on the 4900 We have tested this many times.
  5. In our office we have tried this on an LG sound bar and it worked via Optical/Spdif and HDMI I cannot guarantee this though, as everybody's setup is different. Our boxes are not licensed for Atmos or DTS HD.

  7. This is a separate issue, well am not even sure if its 100% an issue Normally channels that offer catchup also have EPG for that channel. In our experience I haven't come across any channels that have catchup but no epg. We will need to look into this, but would need to be able to reproduce it.

  9. You have an ARQ 100 remote by chance? If so, press settings button Then go to Buzz utilities, change home screen from Modern to Classic. If not then will need to hard reset
  10. You can't highlight app info and press ok with the remote? It may be hard to see the menu highlight, but its there
  11. It records in TS or MKV depending on the format the stream you're watching is in. There is no way to force it in TS
  12. 1. Try this Click close app. Then it should re open itself. 2. if that doesn't work Is there a app info button? If so click it and try clearing cache. If not, then clear data. Please note you will need to re enter your server url after this.
  13. There are currently no set dates for an Update Just that were working a lot on it and testing a lot. There will be a lot of changes and fixes.

  15. Are you using a MAC Server? If so, favorites for MAC are saved on the server that you're using. So if they keep getting erased, then the issue is the server you're using the data is getting wiped for your account/subscription.
  16. Yes it was added to Buzz 5 only Once 4500 gets updated to Buzz 5, you will have this feature there as well.
  17. When we had daylight savings time earlier this year The box automatically changed the time for me when we went 1 hour ahead I never had to change anything on my side. It does this automatically the 2 times a year we change time.

  19. You nailed it here We have looked at this already And it is a lot of work.
  20. It was provided by Amlogic So its a system app So they do not update it on the PlayStore. There are tons of other Miracast apps on the Playstore So am not sure which one to recommend
