  1. All versions of the Netflix app require this Netflix only designs these versions to be used on a Phone. We cannot use the TV version of Netflix as NBS mentions, cause of a licensing issue with Netlfix.
  2. Try this When in Live TV Press Menu Go to Configuration Scroll down and Turn on Server Favorites Do a reboot of the box. This should fix the issue you're having.
  3. What do you mean cant change the frequency on recordings? And you cannot change the channel while recording if the server you're using only allows 1 connection. This is the same on the 4500 as well. You can setup manual recordings on channels with no epg, by just pressing the Record button on the EPG for the channel you want to setup for manual recording. As for media not supported, PM me about this.

    You cannot go backwards after a firmware + app update I also PM you back.
  6. No that is not possible if you're referring to the Firmware update
  7. That is a pop up from the File Commander app that you have installed on the box. We cannot control these types of pop ups from apps that we do not make ourselves. If you delete this app or select the always open option and press ok, am sure this pop up will go away. But good to hear that it works now for you.

    We do not support this You can have something being recorded and watch YouTube or Netflix during. However if you have a server with 2+ connections, you can watch 1 channel and record another.

    For anyone having issue from before about only recording for a few minutes Please try the latest update, 0325 and 4.0.540 Buzz 5 Update We made a lot of improvements to PVR on this.
  10. The server you're using must be kicking your connection then after a certain # of hours.
  11. No It was only suggested if you want to install the firmware manually Do not use it unless you plan to do this.

  13. The alarm notification is just something built into our PVR. You can ignore it.
