I replied to your Ticket #52007 yesterday I still haven't received a reply from you. You opened about 6 tickets for the same thing + posted all over these forums and many other places. We merged all 6 tickets into 1. The 4900 doesn't hardware decode DTS/HD/Atmos, we never advertised this anywhere. So if you just assumed it did this, am sorry about that. I also spoke to Kuul Media, they are not ignoring you. They told me they were going to accept a return from you If you're not satisfied with the box, then just return it

The built in Default player on the Buzz app is VLC already. Its LIBVLC We can look at adding a feature to support external players though in a future update. It will only work if you have other players installed on your box though.

Sorry about that This was an error on our part Our UK seller got the units ahead of time, and the update wasn't setup for them. It is all resolved now

Just to update everyone for next update. Were currently working on being able to wake up box to record from shutdown/full power off and standby We currently have wakeup from shutdown/full power off working, just finishing up from Standby We also just finished adding - Create Manual Scheduled Recordings from schedule menu - Record Multiple Days, like Every Tuesday or Every Day or Every Thurs and Saturday etc. - Playback a recording from recordings menu while its still being recorded (This only works on servers that offer 2+ connections) We plan to release this on our next update Along with the New VOD + TV Show menus and added features there.

There is no set date Looking more like June now Things could change though, so for now we have no set date at all.

Being worked on right now for Buzz 5 To be released on the 4900 first. Will be available for Beta soon though on 4500s and 4000s. -

Or set recordings and leave it on the home screen, you can have the TV off but Box on The recordings will record in the background. If you're using the Modern Launcher with the PIP window, just press the Stop button on the remote to kill the Live TV.

All versions of the Netflix app require this Netflix only designs these versions to be used on a Phone. We cannot use the TV version of Netflix as NBS mentions, cause of a licensing issue with Netlfix.
