This issue happens because the player doesn't detect stream data for the channel you're watching This is on the secondary player. If you get the spinning circle but the streams playing fine Press the info button, if there is an icon in the bottom right that says N/A That is why this is happening So far were having a hard to reproducing this in order to fix it But we will continue to try and fix it.

I think you also made a ticket for this issue And it was determined what the cause was Please confirm or let me know if this still needs assistance

That pop up is a bug on the current version of the PVR app that is separate from the Buzz App Its built into our FW We have fixed this, the issue is we cant OTA it like we can when we send updates to just the Buzz app We have to build it into a FW Update I PM you about this But if anyone wants to sideload a newer version via USB I can send it through PM to sideload no problem.

Are you using XC Login, MAC or M3U Server?

If its an XC Login account Just add it as XC Login in Server Settings.

Also The hide categories feature only hides the categories It doesn't hide the channels Say you hide Sports, those channels will still appear in the All channel list. No one has brought up hiding locked channels category to us before So we fixed that, but I don't think its going to work the way you want it to.

It was fixed The locked category can be hidden now But the channels you locked are apart of different categories still That is how it works. The lock channel feature is exactly that, locking the channel so that when you want to access it. It asks you for the password to unlock it.

What version # of the app are you using? You can see this by pressing the menu button when in Live TV And see the Version # on the bottom of the menu.

If you ever want to see if a server is fully down Just type in the Server URL into a web browser on your phone or computer If it doesn't work there, that would explain why it doesn't work on the box or any other apps.

Ok re read what I wrote Cause I edited it Basically if nothing is moved over, Android considers the Drive not ready to use So it wont be available for any apps to access it.

You need to move data over first. Before you can use the storage for PVR Otherwise re format it as External.

Up to 2TB usually We have had some users report using 8TB though. With TimeShift though, 1GB-1.5GB per hour is usually how much space is needed. Depends on channel quality.

Using Internal Storage for timeshift is a bug on Android actually It requires a lot of space to use it. We will be removing it as an option in a future update If you want to use Timeshift its best to use a USB or SD Card.
