And MAC address dont work on smarters app So you must be trying to use Username/Password on the Mac/Server Line of the Buzz app. If you use the same URL and Username/Password from Smarters app and set it up as a Streaming Line on the Buzz app, am sure it will work.

There is no way to downgrade. Have you tried a factory reset in regards to the slowness?

Addressed an issue with Epg not loading on some servers And channel list not loading on some other servers. It never appeared in Beta But it was reported after Public Release. So we fixed it over the weekend The XRS 4000 and XR/XRS 4500 official OTA will get same update this week, so those users won't experience this issue.

We added the Quick Support App + our custom Quick Support Add on that Teamviewer provided us on the 0607 FW update for the XR 4000 We also tested Host App from the Playstore and it now works with our customer Add on that Teamviewer gave us. It was tested for months before we released it. If the box already had the Play Store version of Quick Support and the Play Stores Add on installed before last weeks OTA This would explain why it don't work for you. If your XR 4000 is running 0607 FW If you do a Factory Reset It will re install Teamviewer after it fully resets. You cannot side load these 2 apps onto another 4000, they must be installed from Firmware.

The Buzz app probably supports it Sounds like the 2 apps you're referring to are using Streaming Line accounts. Which can be used in the Buzz app

OkA Any other apps running slow or just that one? Some apps as nbs mentioned haven't updated their code to run properly on Android 9. But we will check this one out Let us know if any others.
