Its a software issue that needs to be fixed We will fix it this month via OTA For now just use suspend It will work.

Do you have your TV set to ECO Mode or Power Saving Mode?

Seems both answers were you guys want to MAC share/use same MAC on multiple boxes This is what created a ton of issues for us We will try to research a better way to offer users a way to MAC change.

Ya could always get a YouTube Premium Subscription to get rid of ads. Comes with YouTube Music as well I know it costs $$, but its just a suggestion.

Do you get an error message when this happens? Can you use the remote at all? Like get back to the Home Screen?

Currently local timeshift via USB/Sd card is not available. It is something we plan to add in a future update soon.

Episode description usually comes from server you're using. Haven't seen any that offer this really Episode watched marker, next to the episode # is something we will try to add in the future.

When it comes to Android, there are just way too many devices to support for apps like DAZN So that is a pretty typical response from companies like DAZN. Will look into this and update you here.

I think i know issue then PM me your Serial # I can send Update that should fix this. If you're on 4.0.474, then you must be on Beta List, which the issue you describe was found in that version of Beta
