Try powering off and on 4 or 5 times first If that doesn't work Do a pin reset Same procedure

Did you mention the light not working on the remote when you push the button ? It's easy to misread an email and I'm sure they get many with the cec wrong No need to over react

For buzz 4 yes but you can ask for buzz 5 beta
