  6. Before you start criticizing Buzz you need to rule out other issues Yours is the first 4900 I have heard with this issue on multiple forums What is your make and model of drive?
  7. i have 3 connections when that failed I will be trying again

  9. i did record two shows and watch while watching one channel One of the recordings failed but one worked You can hit the red button to start recording immediately I use one button record you can record from guide and either schedule it Always good to add a few minutes Then you can schedulea recording from menu etc
  10. recording and turning off box works on 4900 ill play with recording tonight on the x5
  11. a lot depends on whether your service allows one connection or more Menu ,account info will tell you if there is more than one
