if default 0000 does not help then two choice. factory reset box or clear app data.

factory reset will reset everything on the box.

clear app data will delete everything on buzz app only. so shortest route is make a backup of buzztv app and clear data and restore.

why not use Buzz6 or Buzz5 app in P6?

check the remote control manual to manually program remote with your tv.

connect to your pc and see what format is shows up as like NTFS or exFAT. try to format between NTFS or exFAT and see which one displays on your box.

I remember when one user along myself were having an issue with the classic not going to recovery mode. after changing resolution it went to recovery screen.

missing on my U5 as well.

Have the Powerstation 6, got the X5 out of the drawer to check out an app.  Gave the notice of an update so opted to update.  Came back later to a reboot button, it started the reboot and looked like it was starting ok then I left the room.   Came back 5 minutes later and it was stalled.  Waited a while longer and no change.  Unplugged and plugged back in and the same startup Buzz icon. double check power outlet or power adapter and also, make sure port cord properly inserted and try to reinsert again please.

I am going to bring one of his boxes here and hook it to his router here. The wi-fi work at his place and he could watch Netflix from his TV but the Buzz boxes would not work there on his router. I have a different brand of modem then he does but it is with the same isp.

I would reset his router and then try and see if that helps.
