honestly I hate using on screen keyboard. I use my pc keyboard and works fast and I love it.
im not sure if you ware of it but buzz have arq-100 remote control that works great or you can buy wireless keyboard that works great. they are cheap, and easy to use and you will love it.

I tried on my 4900 and working fine. you must be doing something that actually not saving properly. I would factory reset one of them and try again. let us know

did you try to switch to secondary player? try to kill apps those are running in the background.

im sure ok button is working fine but only thing might be when that reminder message pops up maybe on that stage ok command does not work with new remote control but does work fine with old remote controls. its weird if it does that but I think you are right must be software related.

when you press ok does that pop up message goes away? try to remove batteries for 1 minute and try again an see if that helps or try to pair again if you are using via Bluetooth.
if you trying via bluetooth than turn off bluetooth mode and try via IR.

I maybe wrong but you might be in location where your isp has server just on border of different time zone. so if you have device automatically synced with internet thats why you are probably seeing an hour behind, for example if you are border of eastern time and your providers server is on central time zone side. im just saying and might be wrong lol

loope is from server and theres nothing much you can do. you can reboot your box or close buzz tv app multiple times but loose from server won't help.

and you can load channels three different ways with built in Buzz Aplication. also, many othrways with other apps that can easy be download and installed on any buzz unit.

is that happening on 1 server or you have tried on multiple server?
did you try a factory reset?
didi you contact your iptv provider to see if anything is on their end?
let us know what you have done so far makes easy to troubleshoot.

thank for the info. so far I have not heard or seen any thread regarding this issue from anybody all over net. so possible two defective stick? possible hardware issue? I maybe wrong but if software related issue then we would see more reports.
did you check and see if theres new update available?

wondering if you ever adjusted any video settings? if yes I would factory reset one of stick and leave everything default then compare and and see if happens again.

builtin miracast does not work but third party apps works fine. I tried one ApowerMirror app and worked fine.

I believe it kills some background running apps and boost up memory. it may not work or do anything with 4500 but works fine on 3900 per one of my friend. but I believe in 4500 you may press home button twice and it will kill background apps to boost ram.
