keep your buzz Remote control front of your tv remote control. 

then hold tv power and source on buzz remote until you see solid green light. at this point your remote is ready to to accept keys from your tv remote control.

now press tv power on your buzz remote control then quickly press tv power on your tvs remote control. led will blink three times

now press source on buzz remote control then quickly press source on your tvs remote control. led will blink three time

now press volume up on your buzz remote control then quickly press volume up on your tvs remote control. led will blink three times

now press volume down on your buzz remote control then quickly press volume down on your tvs remote control. led will blink three times.

now you  are ready to exit. 

on your buzz remote control quickly press tv power and source together and let it go. led will go off. now all buttons should be working fine.

use your pc mouse if you have one available. 

also you can go to next screen by using right arrow

try arq-100 remote. you will love it. I heard it works awesome  

I tried both ethernet and wifi and not facing any issues. working fine for me. hope this will help

first of all, how did you come up with paid youtube thing? that shows right there that anything you will say in your post will be wrong information just to make look buzz.

second, if your device has any issues then did you even bother contacting your seller or warranty support? btw, I dont have problems and theres probably thousands out there with this unit got no problem.

I tried few different ways and found exact same numbers of channels.

mine works perfect because its pretty awesome device and key thing is I know how to setup and if theres any issue I know how to properly contact warrant support. hope this will

uhhh I see you said file viewer and I thought it was team viewer. anyhow, you can launch vlc player on your buzz and follow the instruction I gave you and should work.

if I read your post correctly then you are trying to say that you want to watch recoded videos from your buzz using team viewer in vlc player?

while controlling box via team viewer, launch vlc player, then hit browsing on left side, then internal memory, then android, then media and there should be all your videos.

you should be able to pick and play any video using vlc.

also, can you explain little more why you can not connect to your wifi? what is the error you getting? what key are you pressing after entering your password?

try to factory reset and try again

im really impressed with Buzztv XRS 4900. 
speed of this box confused me so manny times. every time I change channel and picture just pops up before I even press channels up or down and I felt like It was never changed. after paying a close attention I noticed it changes so fast. 
picture quality is just absolutely amazing. super super clear picture with beautiful info bar and everything is in detailed.
PVR works just amazing and plays nice and smooth.
very nice remote control and works just fine with bluetooth and IR mode.
Last couple of days I am testing almost over 30 servers in trial mode and I found zero issues with this box. no matter what server I launch it instantly connects and download guide/channel line up with all the info.
no connectivity issues or heating problem at all. very easy to install hard drive without using tools if needs addition storage.

believe me this will be your box forever and get it before they go out of stock. trust me you will be impressed with BuzzTV XRS4900 and you will say this to your family and friends that Ryu is right.

take a outlet tester and test to make sure your outlet is correct. its not hot/nutral/reverse.

downloaded around 10 huge apks and this box stick going strong.

remove batteries and insert again after 30 seconds then see of that helps.

makes no sense. why not just stay on channel?. while its being recorded is same thing.

NBS been saying not to backup.

dont quit. you play with it thats how you learn.

also make sure your are not on single channel. when you do the speed test make sure you are not running any streaming devices and select your isp's server.

very sharp picture plus comes with few apps and can download some more.

can add up to 5 servers. also, can download different players to play m3u  list. really good device for very low price.

buzz is number 1 when it comes to brining state of the art devices and their support is exceptional.

did you try to factory reset the box? also, did see if latest update is installed?
