Please keep in mind The Wifi antennas on the X5, also act as signal for BT Some people also don't have them screwed on when using Ethernet, and wonder why their remote doesn't function properly. So you can try adjusting those for better signal, or you can always try and upgrade the antennas to something bigger to increase the DB gain for signal. As the antennas are standard wifi screw on/off, so any standard antenna will fit.

If you're using a MAC Server it has only one connection Same goes if you're using XC or M3U with just one connection. So if you start a recording while watching, the app records it in the foreground That is why it stops recording if you stop watching it, as in go to the home screen or turn the box off. If you scheduled the recording and aren't using the box, the background recorder will start recording it This also works if the box is in Standby, or if you have an X5, U5 or Classic and use Shutdown for power off, the box will boot up to record If its in suspend, it will record in the background. If you're using XC or M3U with 2+ connections, when you record something even while watching it The background recorder will automatically create a new connection and use that to record it This allows you to change channels and watch something else, or use another app/go to the home screen etc. This is just how our app works to record

Are you recording on the Buzz app? Because that is the only place it works. It won't record other apps content.

If you mean pre install the apps into a Firmware update No we have no plans to do that. A lot of those can be easily found in the Playstore already. We try to limit pre installed apps as they just add to the size of a Firmware and also bloat ware for the users that don't use them at all.

Is the audio source your streaming in 5.1 or 7.1 audio? If so, passthrough works no problem via HDMI or Optical Cable. Most IPTV is only in 2.0/stereo audio though You can check this by pressing the Green button on Live or VOD/TV Series and looking at the Audio Track.

In server settings for M3U, there are 2 spots for M3U URLS, one of them is labelled EPG This is where you add the EPG URL.

Actually the way it works, as long as you have Power Key Definition set to Suspend Is that if you turn the box off, it goes into suspend And if you have any recordings scheduled, they get recorded in the background. So the box and TV never actually need to turn on when this happens. This change was done on our last Firmware update. Glad to hear your feedback though.

Matrix TV was custom Firmware we made for a seller in USA. We do this often for dealers looking for this. It was flashed onto HD5s at our warehouse and then shipped to them You cant convert it back to buzz without us reflashing it again.

Actor search gives results of Movies and Shows that your server may not even offer As its giving results from TMDB It will give an error message that its not available if you try to play it and your server doesn't carry it.

Do you have 2+ connections on your XC accounts? If no, did you record while watching or just scheduled something to record and let it record while not home or when box was off? Only asking as we have 2 methods for recording. Not really seen by the end user. But its basically Foreground (what You're watching now) and Background recording (Box off, using another app or multi connection account)

Correct this was just an app update So only about 65MB in size So that is why it was so fast. Plus it doesn't require the box to reboot like a Firmware update.
