After checking your MAC The issue is you have no internal memory left on the box. We have had 5 users already with this exact same issue via support. This is usually caused by having too many recordings recorded to the internal memory. If the box doesn't have enough internal memory, the OTA will not work.

Sounds like the server you're using is blocking the use of VPNs

You can try factory resetting the remote Hold down the 0 + Down button on the remote for 5 seconds. It will blink to confirm its been reset. It will work as an IR remote after doing this. You can re pair the remote from the Buzz Smart Remote App I think it might have just been a bad connection between the remote and the box.

Is there a specific router you're using? As we tried it on 3 different big brands and 3 different mesh networks without any issues.

If also freezing on external The issue isn't with Buzz 5. It's either a slow WiFi connection to the box or a server related issue You can download and install the Analiti app from the app store. And run tests. If the DB rating is around -64Db. Then your box has a bad WiFi signal.

Your provider probably meant they offer sub titles on Live Which you stated are there It sounds like they do not offer them for VOD

As this would increase the height of the info bar, taking up more on screen space You can press the info button 2x to see more info about what you're watching.
