You have PM me before And we asked for your serial # instead of MAC I got no reply when I asked that question I don't understand what the issue is with providing the MAC or Serial # We only use it to identify the box on our side, so we can send it an OTA. We do the same thing for Public OTAs, its just a much bigger group is all.

  11. We can randomly reproduce this issue if use VLC/Backup Player in VOD and Primary in Live TV, and switch from VOD to Live TV by pressing LIve TV Button on remote now trying to figure out why it happens and fix it

  13. It was minor changes We renamed the players and fixed a bug when adding favs using actor photo search
  14. Yes it was reported to us in the morning We fixed it this afternoon and sent Version 5.0.758 update.
  15. So you want the Box to go off, but the TV Stay on. And if you power off the TV, the next time you power on the box the TV goes on?
  16. We have a new way for Backup/Restore that were going to offer soon Which is TWRP. We removed our current solution because it wasn't working properly and took way too long to Backup. If you want to be removed from the Daily Betas, please just PM me your MAC and I can do that You're on an Internal Beta, so bugs and crashes can be expected. I apologize that it happened to you though. Sorry if automatic updates isn't what you're looking for, its just how we do it. Not all companies are the same. And we have never advertised that our boxes are rooted, so it shouldn't be implied that they come this way either. If you would have emailed us or asked on this forum, that would have been answered for you right away. Our remotes are designed mainly for IPTV, as that is what our boxes are being promoted and sold for mainly.

  19. Sounds like you're on our daily beta list for Buzz 5 There were 2 versions sent this week that caused this for some users Sorry about that If you want to avoid this in the future, just PM me your MAC and I can remove you from the list.
  20. You need to turn off CEC in Box settings to do what you want.
  21. An OTA Fix for any X5 boxes that got Saro by accident was sent just now It will revert you back to BuzzTV X5 Please note when taking this update, you will lose Server Settings of IPTV. This is mentioned in the Release Notes. You may also have to uninstall updates of Google Play Store and set that back up as well

  23. If you're on Daily Betas list This can happen, as its Beta and were just working out bugs. If you don't want to be on it anymore, we can remove you. Just PM me your MAC.
  24. was fixed in 756 and sent 10 minutes ago We have a built in crash logger into our app So we see all crashes and fix them that way and send updates.
  25. Sent 752 earlier tonight Should fix both issues mentioned on this thread.
