You sure it's disconnected? The remote does go to sleep and needs some time to wake -
If you had a post on it already it's always best to post in the same thread if the subject is the same It will save all your apps ,server info etc

In your first post you asked about changing home screen Now you are talking about orange lines??? Try using backup/restore to save your info before reset

Hard reset can be a little tricky The button is at the top of the av hole. Get the feel of pushing it in and follow the guide carefully

Don't know if this is related or not C and p from buzz Yes we're aware of this Seems the DRM issue we fixed for apps like Disney +, caused videos in the web browser not to work. We're working on fixing it. Regards,

go to remotes and accessories and confirm its still paired c and p If using the Mouse on the remote with IR Its not that fast You can adjust speeds by going to Device Preferences in Android Go to Keyboard and Autofill You will see a Pointer Speed Option. You can adjust the speeds here.
