when you go to remotes and accessories it will say bt-100 if you are paired

my bad I was using my 4900 remote which of course was not paired

turning on/off didnt help with mine

have reports of really slow mouse speeds I checked it in chrome and its slow First time i moved mouse it was good then after that it was slow
