  2. i just went to google play and i had to use the mouse to install Did you try the mouse? I also dislike google play because they are disabling apps that are not on their store I could not keep cyberflix on my box with google play enabled

    Try clearing data first ,To reset,settings ,device preferences reset

  17. Look at your remote through your phone camera Do the ir lights work?
  18. Insert usb in buzz and go to apps,app installer you will see usb stick select file and hit ok
