my friend responded c and p I have not checked recently with the XR but I been having issues with VODs for sometime now, does not matter what box I use or even thru VLC on laptop, the VODs are freezing bad here and have been for a few weeks now. Most of my issue I think is because the ISP is interfering with high content streaming, but I not know for certain. I been meaning to try a VPN but have not had the time yet. Last I checked the XR it was acting the same as other boxes, weather that be good on VOD or bad on VOD, the XR acted the same as any other box I tested at the time, (including VLC or Perfect Player)

some of your answers are unclear I asked if you knew the movies worked for sure then you describe them not working? Do you know someone with the same server? I still am curious how you were abke to purchase a service without knowing its name?

when you set the box up you entered info in server settings server name and server url that is the info i am looking for

the mac addy and server id are for your box The ip address will be your server Pm me the ip and ill try to find out who it is

I donrt see any rules saying you cant Sometimes you need to know the server to fix issues

this is from their website Go to : Settings—> System Settings —> Servers—>Portals Set Portal 1 Name ( see into your E-mail ) Set Portal 1 URL ( see into your E-mail ) there is no mention of username and password so i would uncheck those credential and hit connect

It would help if you knew what type of iptv you had purchased If it's a mag based service you bought then you give the server your mac addy and you enter the server url A few require further authentication which is for user name and password Then there are streaming lines m3u which I don't know much about Again it would help if I knew what server you had

I suggest uninstalling updates instead ,same place you clear data and cache Its worth a shot
