this is from their website Go to : Settings—> System Settings —> Servers—>Portals Set Portal 1 Name ( see into your E-mail ) Set Portal 1 URL ( see into your E-mail ) there is no mention of username and password so i would uncheck those credential and hit connect

It would help if you knew what type of iptv you had purchased If it's a mag based service you bought then you give the server your mac addy and you enter the server url A few require further authentication which is for user name and password Then there are streaming lines m3u which I don't know much about Again it would help if I knew what server you had

I suggest uninstalling updates instead ,same place you clear data and cache Its worth a shot

dont know why, Its the updates on the 4000 that fixed the remote Maybe uninstall updates and reinstall?

why would you leave your box o for a couple of days? there should also be no need to unplug ,Hold power button down and select reboot

Yes it can be a little tricky to do sometimes In the av hole there is a reset. Its near the top and you should be able to feel it once you are aligned correctly

after handshake it should load channel list then categories If your portal info is wrong you will get a different message there is nothing more you need to download Hold power button down and select reboot I have had issues loading and a reboot helps are you sure your server requires a username and password as well as a server url? what server is it?

what version of the buzz app do you have?

I know that it has helped a lot of boxes that were having issues I am also refering to clearing cache in the buzz app

Clients? They are staff at sites and use the remote that came with box for the most part I am also a beta tester at another site and this issue did not come up once Like I said I was surprised

Ive given out 15-20 buzz xr4000s and have not had any reported issues with the ar 100 There is also no reports on two sites that i frequent I was surprised to see it is an issue

rather than factory set and losing all apps go to settings apps buzz 4 and uninstall updates

how often do you clear cache? clear memory?(broom) also do you power off the buzz or just put it in standby? Coming out of standby can cause a lot of issues

you can also hit menu .configuration,clear epg I have 4 servers and no issues with epg on any of them unless its on server end

my bad ,just noticed they way they have it listed at top right
