c and p from a 4500 user f you want to see how good it CAN look,download some 4k media to a thumb drive & watch it on your Buzz.You will see how good theye are.The xrs has the best image I've seen yet on an iptv box..

sorry I had to go out go to home settings more apps buzz2 uninstall updates then the update will install automatically again you can check updates if its doesnt Make sure you know how to reenter server info

Did it happen from day 1 or did this start recently? If it started recently you could uninstall updates and let them reinstall Other than that you could reset through remote menu You will have to input info again

if you hold the button down you can select shut down

can you post a little more info? Is it a mac based server or just user name and password if portal doesnt load make sure server url is correct
