The 4500 is fast.Thre are some apps that dont work well with android 9 but the app makers are catching up Install speedtest on your buzz and check your speeds You using 2.4 or 5? or hard wired? You might want to factory set and start over The remote goes to sleep when not in use and takes a few seconds to wake up before working properly

i tried a server today that has catchup I was able to go back an hour or more. I could then pause rewinf fast forward does your server have the little catchup icon (double arrow in a circle) beside the channel?

there are two xrs remotes one for the 4000 ,and one for the 4500 which one do you have?

I had a few issues at the start I unplugged stick for a few minutes then plugged back in and then it was ok
