c and p from a 4500 user f you want to see how good it CAN look,download some 4k media to a thumb drive & watch it on your Buzz.You will see how good theye are.The xrs has the best image I've seen yet on an iptv box..

sorry I had to go out go to home settings more apps buzz2 uninstall updates then the update will install automatically again you can check updates if its doesnt Make sure you know how to reenter server info

Did it happen from day 1 or did this start recently? If it started recently you could uninstall updates and let them reinstall Other than that you could reset through remote menu You will have to input info again

have you tried another 4k source besides your server? does it play 4k on youtube?

Just to confirm you are using the pinhole to reset? Disconnect from internet and see if you can get further into menu

you also said you punched in server number and tried to delete browser data How did you do that?

can you post what version of buzz you have as requested when you are in server settings hit the menu button Its at bottom
