  6. When you highlight the m3u line that you are using there should be an icon at the bottom of screen saying edit It should be blue.Whether or not the button is blue it is the bottom right button on your remote that you should use as dishuser stated.
  7. I didnt want you to click on it I wanted you to hit the blue button to edit the info in server so you could start fresh

  13. Just to clarify you are disconnecting power from unit and not just simply unplugging?
  14. Select close app does what? To do a reset you would need a small pin. You use hole on side of unit? You have to hold pin down for 12-15 seconds

  21. Is this a version you already had installed? Teamviewer gave buzz a working version. You using the quick support app?
