  6. right now we are guessing at what you have done . Its really hard when you post a little bit of info at a time So it was working and now its not? stopped working after update? you using mac addy ? Now you are saying you got a 4000 update How do you know its a 4000 update? Please take your time and post all your info go to server settings ,hit menu and post version number at bottom
  7. try hitting the back button It will ask if you want to go into ir mode say yes then hit home button ,settings remotes and see if it will pair theree

  13. I have set up a box with buzz 2 software on it and I see the menus you are talking about I tap the green button until i get to the one I want and stop at the one i want I dont see how it can scroll past the one you want?? I dont think the sw would be any different

Your last comment makes absolutely no sense There are always issues with a small percentage of boxes doing updates over the net That's is not just buzz either Email buzz with your mac addy and server ID and they should be able to help you I had issues with one box and they switched update servers for me You could also private message allaboutbuzz with that info and if he comes online he can help you here

  17. you didnt do it right You can feel the reset button if you push gently Once you know you have to hold the reset button in and power stick on Keep holding it until the screen appears ,you use volume buttons on remote to go up and down in menu

I havnt done a pin reset on a stick yet but it erases everything and starts setup again when done I am not near my stick right now but I can advise better later this afternoon There is a guide in the xrs 4500 section on how to do a hard reset It should be the same process except the hole is on the side near the ir hole
