I have no issues playing 4K on Youtube. That means problem is with my server.

Ah, sorry for late response, all this craziness with the pandemic and work from home. I didn't try any other app, still using buzz4 and getting used to it. So far it is working fine just not playing 4K from my server. Need to further test 4K vod using different servers.

I will have to search for other 4K IPTV providers and test the Buzz again.

Do we have to use VPN at router level? or could I use the PIA app on the xrs4500 by logging into my PIA choosing a different location and then start the buzz4 application?

It plays 1080p movies very nice but whenever I try to play any 4K VOD (movie usually) it either does not even start it or if it starts to play the movie it freezes completely. I am kinda surprised with 4GB DDR4 Ram and a supposedly better CPU the XRS4500 is unable to handle 4K. I am wired connected with a Gig connection and have stable DL/UL of around 930 all the time. I have tried both the Default and Secondary players.

Unfortunately, for me, it is not awesome. That's why I asked here in the official forum. I have played with different picture settings (standard, movie, sports, etc) but picture seems to stay the same with all settings tested. I have tried it on a Samsung SUHD and LG OLED. Does xrs4500 support Dolby Vision? Also, I forgot to ask what are the 5 or more best or essential apps for this box?

Could someone provide steps how to achieve best picture quality on xrs4500? I am new to Buzz and still playing with it. Which player is better - the Default or Secondary or can I use any other app, eg Tivimate? How can I lock the Adult VOD? Live Adult channels are locked but my VOD adults are open and I can't seem to lock them.

I have tested a few servers which claim they have 4K VODs and they do play on my Android S20+ using STBemu. But those supposedly 4K VODs (mostly movies) do not play on my MAG256 but other 1080p movies do. Is it safe to assume that XRS4500 will play 4K VODs without any issues?
