    Are you using secondary player? I have no issues using a vpn on wired on buzz 4000 or 4500 Buzz are using the correct term device id 00 1a 79 .... Confused You said you could not connect with two servers but you had freezing issues So you were able to connect with one server?

    why are you posting beta group info here? you will never see 4k on the buzz Its a licensing issue You are also asking questions about a beta file which should be asked there

    when i choose secondary I get a message saying recording will not work file not found is usually a server issue Can you message me the server you are using?

    here are some things you can do If your memory is full clear some memory clear data on the buzz 2 app(you will have to re-input server info) Do a factory set

    there isnt a one click cache cleaner on the 3000 The rocket is for memory You have the same feature on the 4000 and 4500 by hitting the home buuton a few times very quickly

    c and p from a 4500 user f you want to see how good it CAN look,download some 4k media to a thumb drive & watch it on your Buzz.You will see how good theye are.The xrs has the best image I've seen yet on an iptv box..
