If he has an issue using m3u that issue should be worked on. Whether its user error or a buzz issue needs to be determined. He should not be forced to use other methods If it is a buzz issue with that particular server he needs to talk to buzz directly in much more detail I know some m3u issues have been fixed in the 4000 beta file.

Buzz is aware of the issue as it happened on the 4000 beta file It's an easy fix ,just do a hard reset and avoid the media player launcher until its fixed What version of buzz 4 are you using?

Yes it sounds reasonable but unless he has the same server and he has talked to buzz then he is only guessing When there is a server/box issue then you have to talk to buzz directly as they sometimes have to do tweaks go to getbuzz dot tv and use the contact us form or pm allaboutbuzz on this site (pm private message)
