Hi iv got the vidstick 400 and the vidstick max i’ve got the new update on my 400 but I can’t seem to get it on my max for some reason it isn’t working I’ve been putting the code in 2015 for the last three days and still it won’t show I’ve just tried putting it in twice and unplug my TV and my steak and tried it again and nothing could you please help thank you

When is the Bluetooth pairing going to get fixed? I still cannot pair a ps4 controller since the last FW update, with the beta FW it still won't work. It gets to the Bluetooth pairing request page with the options to pair or cancel and I can't select either one until it times out.

My amazon fire stick remote "ok" center circle button no longer works!! Please fix this, I cannot stand the buzz TV remote as I can't change the TV volume with it.

When did you report the issue to buzz?

Im giving up on this vidstick, getting a nvidia shield instead. Losing the firestick remote functionality was the last straw.

I have an XRS4500 and I’ve initialised the beta 5 update (FW: 20220919, IPTV: 5.0.766) however it just sits there at 0%. 
I’ve rebooted a couple of times and initiated the update, but it still sits there at 0, even after 20 mins.

Try to clear cache for the Buzz app itself.   Are you possibly low on storage on the unit ?

When you say it is stuck at 0%, it is in which stage ?  Downloading or installing ?

how much internal storage do you have available?

It looks to be stuck on the downloading stage . I have about 32GB of free internal storage.

if possible factory reset and try to download to see if that helps.
