I understand nbs because it was working fine for me on E2 too but 4900 never worked for months until server people did something and started to work on 4900.

I know another server some channels stream not available for me for months. then couple of weeks ago server started to disconnect few times in a day for 2 or 3 days. I guess server people did something and they started to work. I would say just wait some time and then delete server and try again and maybe they will start to work.

first reason could be that their internet service stopped working. second reason their server went offline third reason someone else using their credentials theres more reasons

it happened to me with one server that some channels says stream not available but that was on 4900. I thought it was the server. then one day I played on my pc with vlc player and those channels were working. so I went back to my box and delete server and added again and some reasons all those channels started to work. it may o may not work but I would delete server and try to add again and see if that helps.

are you using external storage?

you probably did not hit on local disk. launch file browser then arrow down or use mouse course and hit local disk.

also, settings, power options, live tv (make sure its same as other box)

go to all apps, file browser, local disk, pictures, screen shots, your screen shot should be here. click on hamburger button next to home button then click on screen shot you want to delete. after you select screen shot click on button with pencil icon. and select delete.

check your settings and make sure its same as other box settings/device preferences/screen saver/put device to sleep (make sure its same as other box) settings/advanced/powerkey definitions(make sure its same as other box)

once you select destination make sure you select your external storage. worse case you can always copy and past/transfer from internal to external from your box. you will see external storage started to get full. you can go to all apps, file browser and select external device and you will see your stuff there.

it could be source/server. have you tried to switch player? go to vod and press menu, configuration

you have to allow incoming connections from your phone. watch some youtube video about teamviwers

if this screen is from your box then partner id should be on phone. once you open up team viewer from your phone you should see id and enter that id here and you should get request to connect on your phone
