has to reset with the reset button on dongle,had to reset remote also removed batteries and reinstalled,seems to be working,thing is this thing is brand new and already having a lot of problems...but oh well,to the drawer it goes..

the ts to m3u setting seemed to help ...other issue can't turn off the hd5 with the remote power button.....volume works but power button doesn't work at all

will try to change from ts to m3u...

nothing but problems wow,media not supported error on alot of channels also,and on different playlists,already changed players still samething...

no, on other players the epg loads fast

just bought a new hd5,why does epg take a while to populate,it loads as I scroll down on the guide..takes forever

did the unpairing and left it unpaired with the ir extender plugged in and it seemed to work...thanks guys
